My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms are more like a serviced apartment, and I was able to ask for an extra paid bed to comfortably fit into the living room space. The service provided by Mr Wigbert Nazareth and reception staff, including Mr Guna, Mr Babu, and Ms. Kirti, was exceptional, always cooperative and ready to assist. The location is ideal, right in the center of Bangalore, making it perfect for both tourists and business travelers. The dining experience was always fresh and delivered on time. However, some of the staff were not as efficient as others, and I wish they could have been a bit more on the ball.
